Focused on developingnew and senior leaders with critical interpersonal, cohesion and leadership skills to drive the next era of industry.
The Advanced Leadership Skills (ALS) course uses an industry-led approach bringing together senior business leaders to share best practices, lessons learned, tools & techniques. Participants will gain insight into evolving leadership skills designed to meet current and future challenges. They will understand key strategies and techniques for coaching, mentoring, conflict management, high-performance cohesion & culture, psychological safety, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence. Participants will develop skills to enable equitable, diverse and inclusive teams to overcome complex problems, and drive high performance.
This course is designed for new or experienced managers, supervisors, senior managers and directors seeking to enhance their leadership skills.

Admission Details
Participants should have relevant work or training experience or education in their industry field; a college or university education is an asset but not required.
