Downsview Aerospace Innovation & Research (DAIR) & McMaster University have collaborated to craft a weekly speaker series where students seeking entry into the Canadian Aerospace sector will be able to learn directly from senior leaders, both within Canada and worldwide, on prevalent topics in the aerospace sector.

The Series hosts 4 Speaker Events, welcoming 12-16 aerospace industry and academic leaders.
Enhanced Interaction
Each session will see panellists answer questions posed live, and as well captured through Mentimeter's interactive presentation platform.
Approach
Panellists will answer questions posed through Mentimeter and speak on prevalent topics and challenges faced by the industry within the first hour.

Panellists will then remain for an additional 30 minutes for a live Q&A to understand and share mentorship advice to meet your key challenges.
