Focused on enabling Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME's) and Lead Hands with the competencies to enhance their management, execution and leadership skills needed to meet current industry challenges.

The Maintenance Management Fundamentals (MMF) course, held in partnership with The Strong Link Inc uses an industry-led approach bringing together senior business leaders to share best practices, lessons learned, tools & techniques.
Participants will gain insight into the challenges and opportunities prevalent within digitized aviation operations. They will also understand the utility of adaptive leadership techniques to enhance efficiency and resilience, while developing competencies in communication, building conflict constructive teams, daily management execution, and team member talent development.

This course is designed for new AME's or Lead Hands, or members seeking to enhance their knowledge and skill sets in order to successfully manage aviation maintenance teams.

Participants should have relevant work or training experience or education in their industry field; a college or university education is an asset but not required.
