Focused on enabling leaders with the skills and insight needed to maneuver, sustain, scale and efficiently execute an industry business unit (IBU).
The Business Unit Management & Scaling course uses an industry-led approach bringing together senior business leaders to share best practices, lessons learned, tools & techniques. Participants will gain insight into the anatomy of an IBU, supply chain management, the digitization of industry operations, and organizational change management. They will understand key strategies and techniques for scaling a business unit while enabling resilient operations.

Participants should have relevant work or training experience or education in their industry field; a college or university education is an asset but not required.
