Focused on enabling leaders with the skills and insight needed to maneuver, sustain, scale and efficiently execute an industry business unit (IBU).
The Business Unit Management & Scaling course uses an industry-led approach bringing together senior business leaders to share best practices, lessons learned, tools & techniques. Who Should Attend?

Participants with relevant work/technical/leadership experience looking to obtain an industry leadership university credential.
Participants should have relevant work or training experience or education in their industry field; a college or university education is an asset but not required.
